I've known Fra since 2018, but it was in 2021 that I started training with him. At first, it was just small extra WODs, then in 2022 I chose a personalized program. We worked on weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance, with visible and constant improvements. Even when I prepared for a Spartan Race, his programming was precise and tailored.
