GENERAL

What is Virtuosity?

Virtuosity is a programming platform for functional fitness, CrossFit® and HYROX. We offer structured training programs designed to improve your performance with a focus on fundamentals, technique and smart progression.

Who created Virtuosity?

Virtuosity was created by Francesco Onori, CF Level 2 Trainer and Personal Trainer AIF. With years of experience in the industry, Francesco has developed a method that combines technique, precision and progression for athletes of all levels.

What programs do you offer?

We offer three types of programs: Virtuosity GYM OWNER for gym classes, Virtuosity COMPETITOR for athletes who want to compete, and Virtuosity PERSONALIZED for completely personalized programs based on your specific goals.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

How does the free trial work?

We offer a 7-day free trial for GYM OWNER and COMPETITOR programs. No credit card required to start. After 7 days, if you decide to continue, you can subscribe to the monthly plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer for personalized programs. Payments are secure and processed through certified platforms.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal area. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period and you will continue to have access until that time.

Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount for those who choose the annual subscription instead of monthly. Contact us for more information on available options.

PROGRAMS E ALLENAMENTO

Are the programs suitable for beginners?

Yes! All our programs are scalable for different experience levels. We always provide variants and modifications to adapt exercises to your current level, ensuring safe and effective progression.

How long do workouts take?

Workouts range from 60 to 90 minutes, including warm-up, skill work, strength and WOD. For the COMPETITOR program, some days may require up to 2 hours for more intensive sessions.

What equipment is needed?

For GYM OWNER and COMPETITOR programs, standard gym equipment is required for CrossFit® or HYROX. For PERSONALIZED programs, we customize workouts based on the equipment you have available.

How do I access the programs?

Can I follow multiple programs at the same time?

We do not recommend following multiple complete programs together, as they are structured to be followed exclusively. However, you can integrate specific elements based on your goals.

Do you provide support during the program?

Yes, we offer email support for all our users. For PERSONALIZED programs, direct coach support is also included to monitor progress and make modifications if necessary.

TECHNICAL

What is WODUP?

WODUP is the digital platform we use to deliver our programs. It's an intuitive app that allows you to track workouts, record your results and monitor progress over time.

Is WODUP available on mobile?

Yes, WODUP is available both as an app for iOS and Android, and as a web platform. You can sync your data across all devices to always have access to your workouts.
