Yes. The program is scalable and structured, allowing beginners and experienced athletes to train with the same method, adapting intensity and difficulty. Perform is ideal if you already have a base — if you're starting from scratch, consider a more guided approach first.
How long until I see results?
Most athletes notice improvements in the first 4-6 weeks : cleaner technique, heavier loads and better conditioning. The most significant results come after 12 weeks of consistent training.
What does the program focus on?

Where can I access the programming?
Access daily WODs directly on WODUP, the standard app for functional fitness. You'll find every session in detail : warm-up, skill, strength, WOD, with scaling options and video tutorials.
How is progression managed?
Every workout follows a clear structure and progressive cycles (strength → technique → conditioning → deload) designed to improve performance measurably over time. The program provides an effective method, avoiding improvisation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. The subscription is monthly (or annual with a discount) and you can cancel whenever you want without commitment or penalties. If you're not satisfied during the first 7 trial days, you pay nothing.
Are workouts adapted for those without a CrossFit® box?
Yes. The program is adaptable and scalable : while optimized for training in an equipped gym, it includes variations for those with limited equipment or who prefer alternatives for their workouts.

How much time do I need to train each day?
